SJI designed the 2010 HBO 'For Your Consideration' Emmy® package, which is received by each voting member of the Academy for Television Arts and Sciences. The box set features a slipcase with two books containing 22 DVDs of HBO's hit series, movies, specials, documentaries and family program entries for consideration. HBO received 101 nominations and won 25 Primetime Emmys at the awards ceremony in August.
'The Pacific' Emmy 'For Your Consideration' packaging featured a 5-panel roll fold, with 10 episodes on three DVDs. The packaging featured portrait-style key art of each of the main characters, along with photography from each episode in the miniseries. 'The Pacific' received a total of 15 nominations and won eight of HBO's 25 Emmys at the awards ceremony in August.
The HBO 2009 Emmy 'For Your Consideration' packaging design featured a clamshell box containing a book of DVDs hidden behind a pocket door on each side of the box. HBO received 99 nominations and won 21 Primetime Emmys in 2009—the highest of any television network.
A&E's 2009 Emmy 'For Your Consideration' packaging featured a custom type treatment, integrating the year with the words 'For Your Emmy Consideration.' The package was divided into two sides—one for A&E programming and the other for Bio.
